We’re Hiring for an Account Manager:
(Contract | 2–3 Days/Week | Remote-First, Victoria-Based I Immediate start ideal I Rolling 3-month contract)

We primarily partner with growth-focused SMEs, fast-moving eCommerce, and scaling businesses.
This is a remote-first role, though we do enjoy in-person catch-ups in Melbourne. We're based in the city and will cover travel / expenses, where required.

The Role:
This role is about owning the detail and driving outcomes.
You’ll act as the day-to-day contact for a select group of retained clients — leading performance, managing delivery, and ensuring everything’s tight, on-brief, and commercially effective.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing key client relationships and weekly comms
Leading campaign execution across SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and reporting
Coordinating our internal team and external contributors
Running performance reviews and reporting cycles
QA-ing strategy, outputs, and optimisation
Collaborating with our specialists to advise on conversion, attribution, analytics, and CRO opportunities
Who You Are:
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing (agency background preferred)
- Strong in SEM (non-negotiable), with working knowledge of SEO and Paid Social
- Confident in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
- Strategic and commercially minded, but detail-oriented and hands-on
- Excellent communicator who knows how to manage up, down, and sideways
- Experience with CRM, CDP, or email marketing a plus
- Independent operator with your own ABN, comfortable with pace and autonomy
Engagement Details:
2–3 days per week (monthly scope planned in advance)
3-month rolling contract (with view to extend)
Contractor setup (ABN required)
Ideally based in Victoria – remote-first, with occasional in-person catchups
Reports to: Partner, Client Services
