Digital Marketing Operations Integrator (GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Facebook Ads)

We’re a lean, high-performance digital marketing agency scaling fast and we need a rock-solid operator to help us deliver.

With a flood of new clients and multiple projects running at once, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager who’s equal parts tech-savvy, organised, and experienced in digital marketing execution.

This role is for someone who already knows the ropes with deep experience in GoHighLevel, Facebook Ad management, and ClickUp. You’ve worked in an agency before, you’re confident managing moving parts, and you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• 3-5+ years experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Strong GoHighLevel skills — building workflows, pipelines, automations, and managing client accounts
• Facebook Ads experience — launching campaigns, managing budgets, and tracking performance
• Expertise with ClickUp — managing team tasks, automating workflows, and reporting
• Comfortable working with data, basic funnel metrics, and client reporting
• Excellent communication and execution skills
• Can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager (loading campaigns, tracking performance, updating creatives)
• Build and manage automations, forms, calendars, and workflows inside GoHighLevel
• Use ClickUp to manage tasks, assign priorities, and keep projects on track
• Liaise between internal teams and clients to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Identify and fix bottlenecks in systems, processes, and delivery pipelines
• Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up internal processes for success
• Jump into Canva, ChatGPT, or Zapier when needed to support delivery or automation
