What does the right person look like?
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HubSpot Operations Specialist to truly own the platform and how it's used across the business.
We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. In addition, you’ll bring familiarity and hands-on experience across the broader HubSpot ecosystem (Operations Hub, CMS, Content Hub, and Reporting) to ensure the platform is optimised for scale, integration, and efficiency.
This role isn’t just about execution—it’s about strategic leadership and enablement. You’ll be the go-to HubSpot expert for all internal stakeholders, acting as the gatekeeper, trainer, and on boarder to ensure every team member has the right access, training, and support to get the most out of HubSpot. You’ll help us do more with the platform, while also ensuring we use it smarter and more strategically as we scale.
You’ll split your time between executing business-critical projects and proactively identifying new opportunities to improve our operations and customer experience. You’ll also stay on top of HubSpot product updates and feature releases, bringing ideas forward and implementing new tools that can give us a competitive edge.
Responsibilities Include:
· Own and manage the end-to-end HubSpot ecosystem, with advanced expertise across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
· Leverage the broader HubSpot platform, including Operations Hub, CMS, Content Hub, and Reporting tools, to support automation, content delivery, attribution, and data integrity.
· Stay up to date with HubSpot’s product roadmap and new releases, assessing relevance, making recommendations, and rolling out new features that align with our strategy.
· Lead the training, onboarding, and ongoing support of all internal HubSpot users, ensuring the right people have the right access and confidence to use the platform effectively.
· Act as the gatekeeper of the platform, setting governance rules, maintaining CRM hygiene, and ensuring consistency across teams.
· Support marketing, sales, customer service, product, and leadership teams by tailoring the platform to their specific needs and objectives.
· Build and optimise workflows, lead scoring models, automation logic, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking processes.
· Build reports and dashboards in HubSpot using existing data, and assist in integrating external sources (Google, Meta, product tools, etc.) to close data gaps and improve attribution where necessary – working with external contractors and internal developers for technical execution.
· Set up and manage key integrations to unify customer touchpoints and deliver actionable insights.
· Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and smarter use of the platform to enhance the customer journey from end to end.
What We're Looking For
· 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with a strong track record across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
· Broad platform experience particularly with Reporting tools.
· Demonstrated ability to own the full HubSpot lifecycle – from platform setup and optimisation to cross-team enablement.
· Skilled in training, onboarding, and supporting internal users – you know how to translate technical capability into team success.
· Strategic thinker who understands how to translate business needs into platform capability.
· Confident in setting up and managing complex integrations, data flows, and automation between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
· Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to connect the dots and communicate insights that matter.
· Self-starter who thrives in scale-up environments and enjoys taking initiative.
