Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Freelance Content Creator specializing in employer branding to enhance our online presence and attract top talent in the clinical research industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement engaging content strategies that highlight our company culture, values, and opportunities, fostering an active talent pool and positioning our startup as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on employer branding to attract top talent in the clinical research field.
  • Content Creation: Develop various types of content, including blog posts, social media updates, employee stories, videos, and infographics, showcasing the company’s culture, mission, and opportunities.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry-specific forums, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Employer Brand Campaigns: Design and implement campaigns that highlight the company’s employer value proposition, work environment, and career growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with HR and recruitment to align content with hiring needs and company goals.
  • Talent Pool Engagement: Develop content and strategies to nurture an active talent pool through newsletters, webinars, and community events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the clinical research industry and its talent landscape is highly desirable.
