We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Program Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution across multiple projects and teams. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating large-scale testing efforts, ensuring quality across complex programs, and working in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy across programs and projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end testing activities (system, integration, UAT, regression).
• Lead and mentor QA leads and test engineers across multiple teams.
• Ensure alignment between testing, development, product, and release schedules.
• Monitor test progress, quality metrics, risks, and dependencies at program level.
• Drive test automation strategy and continuous quality improvement.
• Report test status, risks, and quality insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing / QA, with 3+ years in test or QA management roles.
• Proven experience managing testing across large programs or multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
