About the role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads manager to own and grow their own team within the business. You’ll have a high focus on ad campaign performance, but also the desire to build a team beneath and ultimately become a team leader within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta campaigns end-to-end
• Consistently seeking new ways to improve strategies and campaign efficiencies.
• A high focus on self learning and continually growing your skill set to be the master of all things Meta Ads
• Client relations - you will run WIP/review calls directly with clients, we don’t use account managers as we view them as a waste of time. You must be confident facing clients.
• Be a team leader as we hire beneath you. Build and grow a high performing Meta Ads team.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years Meta Ads experience (Pinterest & TikTok also a bonus).
• Experience running ad accounts in excess of $75k/month ad spend.
• Management or team leader experience (not essential but highly desirable).
• Client relationship skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and detective-esque skills and knowledge.
• A flare for systems and processes.
• Passion for e-commerce.
• Ability to understand and overcome challenges with clients.
