What You'll Do:

• Project Setup: Assist in setting up new projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the start. 🛠️
• Digital Transformation: Help digitise forms provided by clients and contractors, making processes more efficient and streamlined. 💻
• Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page. 📅
• Information Gathering: Acquire necessary information from stakeholders to ensure project success. 📋
• Project Support: Provide ongoing support once projects go live, ensuring everything stays on track. 📞
• Training Assistance: Assist in training sessions with users to help them get the most out of our software. 🎓

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills: To-do lists are your jam and understand when you should pick up the phone to call someone, or if a well-written email does the job.
• A tech-savvy individual with a passion for digital solutions: Have some cool solutions you’ve implemented in your current role? Let us know!
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company: Are you comfortable admitting you’ve done a mistake? (like we all have in numerous occasions)
• Willingness to occasionally travel to project offices and sites.
